Jürgen Bürkle

Jürgen Bürkle is director of the legal department of Stuttgarter Lebensversicherung a.G. since 1995 and at the same time compliance officer of the insurance company. He has published numerous articles to insurance and commercial legal issues. He is editor of the reference book “Compliance in insurance companies – Legal guidelines and practical realisation” („Compliance in Versicherungsunternehmen - Rechtliche Vorgaben und praktische Umsetzung“) and co-writer as well of the reference book „Corporate Compliance“ and of the handbook to the regulatory law of insurance companies. Prof. Dr. Kai Bussmann

Since 1999 Prof. Dr. Kai Bussmann is university professor at the chair of penal law and criminology of the Martin Luther University in Halle. His main research areas are economic crime as well as evaluation of crime prevention measures. Prof. Bussmann is also head of the Economy & Crime Research Center and head of management of the German Association for Sociology of Law. As Director of Customer Operations at PricewaterhouseCoopers WPG (PwC), Dipl.-Kfm. Daniel Wildhirt is responsible for investor protection and compliance as well as strategy development and process optimisation. Mr. Wildhirt has been advising well-known banks on the analysis of regulatory changes as well as optimising and implementing new and existing requirements. Henning Wüst, Attorney at Law

More than ten years of successful legal practice have made Henning Wüst highly familiar with all labor law issues.
